Soda Ash Light
Soap and detergents, iron and steel, pulp and paper, aluminium cleaning compounds, fibrereactive dyes, water softening and dyeing, effluent treatment, and chemical manufacturing all employ Soda Ash Light as a fundamental industrial alkali chemical. Sodium carbonate is a particularly efficient source of alkalinity reserve and is used in the softening of water. As a result, several detergent manufacturers have authorized it for use in phosphate-free formulas. It may also be used for direct soaking of clothing, as well as dishwashing, floor cleaning, and degreasing.
